Hello Fellow Knights,
As with other Parish Feast Day Dinners we will be cooking the chicken etc for this feast. This year we will be preparing chicken segments and no halves. This will mean less prep time we are hoping. We will need Worthy helpers starting at 11:00 am, and then relief help throughout the day. Please come out to help as you know, many hands make the work lighter.
